Shipping, Returns & Refunds

1. Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods: We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. You are welcome to arrange your own courier service if you wish.

3. Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for mainland UK are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over £50.00 ex-VAT. If your address is in Scottish Highlands, off shore islands, Guernsey, Jersey or Isle of Man, please contact us before placing an order.

4. Order Tracking: You can track your order status through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. International Shipping: We don't currently ship to international locations.

6. Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unused and unopened.

7. Return Process:

   • Contact our customer service team at hello@vdelectrical.co.uk for return authorization.

   • Include your order number and reason for the return.

   • Return items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your return authorization.

8. Exclusions: The following items are non-returnable:

   • Open packaging

   • Personalized or custom items

   • Sale items (unless specified)

9. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

10. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. The goods should be sent to the following address: VDElectrical Ltd, 49 Station Rd, Polegate BN26 6EA.

    We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
